2. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to users of Hello Sunrise. The app is intended for users aged 16 years and over.
If you are under the age required by applicable law to manage your own personal information, you should only use the Services with any required parent or guardian involvement.

4. What we do not currently collect through active features
At the time of this version of the Privacy Policy:
- in-app notes or journal features are not active
- questionnaire or screening features are not active
- Hello Sunrise does not currently collect those categories of data through live app functionality
If these features are activated in a later version of the app, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Hello Sunrise is not an emergency or crisis service.
If you are in crisis, think you may harm yourself or others, or need urgent help, do not rely on the app. Contact local emergency services or a qualified health professional immediately.
The app may provide crisis support links or direct users to seek professional help in future versions, but this does not make Hello Sunrise a medical or emergency service.
15. Children
The Services are not intended for children under 16.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 16 in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
